We Are Back in Action and Ready to Love!

One thing I do every morning is make time to meditate and read. These two practices stimulate my mind and help ideas and creativity come to fruition. I recently just started reading this incredible book called "Return to Love" by Marianne Williamson. You may have read this book already but if you haven't it's a MUST READ!

Marianne Williamson has always been a favorite of mine but for some reason I never read "Return to Love" until now. I have to share with you that this book has single handedly shifted my everything in a matter of weeks. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING! Relationships, career, money, health, mindset, all of the above!

This book amongst all of its brilliance and stories really comes down to one simple, but often difficult to implement idea, " Lead, respond, and live with LOVE!" Every thought you think, every reaction you have towards another, every thought you think about yourself.... how can you do it with love?

You see according to Williamson "As hard as it is to believe sometimes, we're always responsible for how we see things.....Of course things happen in this world that make it almost impossible to love- cruel, horrible things." However, we have what it takes inside to do the impossible. We will never receive what we can't handle. So instead of approaching your grumpy boss with dreadfulness, approach them with love, instead of projecting your past relationships of hurt and mistrust on your new partner, project love, and instead of having thoughts of judgement (which we all have), have thoughts of love.

I'm not kidding when I say, everything will change! Beautiful interactions with people you don't even know will happen, recognizing things you've never seen before will come to light, feeling happier and more energetic on a daily basis will run through your body, and so much more!

“Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we learn. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and prejudices and the acceptance of love back in our hearts. Love is the essential reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life. Meaning does not lie in things. Meaning lies in us.” Marianne Williamson
